The other night after the kids went to bed I started cleaning up and noticed there were teeth marks out of the FAKE pear I had bought earlier that day to decorate the kitchen table, after I had a nice little chuckle to myself (David was at work) I yelled up the stairs..."Who took a bite of the fruit that's on on the table?" There was dead silence...then Demi said "Mo-om (2 syllabols) you didn't tell me it wasn't real.(she was so serious)" I laughed so hard (the good out loud kind that is great for the soul). Too bad that when Eve took a bite of the apple it wasn't foam maybe she would have had a second chance????? Just something to think about. The funny thing is that I was home all day so when she took the bite and realized it wasn't real she didn't say yuck or make a big deal she just put it back. Still makes me laugh and it's still in the bowl. Why wouldn't you keep something around that makes you smile????
